Note : If a student wants to appear in B.Arch Paper2 it is not necessary to give paper 1 of JEE he can only appear in Paper 2 for B.Arch . Admissions in Architecture colleges through JEE 2017 will be based on JEE Paper 2 . No 12th Marks will be considered from 2017 .

The All India Engineering Entrance Examination for B.Arch (JEE 2017)
The All India Engineering Entrance Examination known as JEE B.Arch 2016 is an examination organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for admission to B.E./B.Tech and B.Arch./B. Planning courses in various national level institutes like NITs, IITs, Deemed Universities, Private, Government Funded institutions in India. It’s a national level entrance examination that was incepted in the year 2002 only. It enables students to get admission in some of the best colleges offering undergraduate degree programs in architecture and engineering courses. Colleges like 16 of the IITs and NITs accept scores of JEE Exam.
JEE Exam is conducted generally in the month of April for admission into top engineering colleges in India and the basic eligibility is a pass in 12th class. The examination will be conducted on 2nd April 2017 and thus those who are aspiring for JEE 2017 would be appearing on the same day for exam. The results would be announced around the first week of the month of June 2017 for these candidates. They would be ranked on the state as well as all- India basis and ranks would be given to them accordingly.
Students who want to take bachelor’s of engineering or technology have to appear only for paper one. However, the architecture and planning students have to appear for paper 2. Once the scores are out for JEE Exam, the counseling is done by the Central Counseling Board.

JEE B.Arch (Architecture ) 2017 Eligibility Criteria:-
* For JEE Engg Exams B.Tech – a candidate needs to pass in Class 12th with Physics and Mathematics is compulsory subjects & at least one of the subjects among Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science or Biology.
* And for Architecture Courses Mathematics is compulsory subjects in class 12th with at least 50% marks aggregate.
Forms will be available in designated branches of Syndicate Bank, CBSE Regional Office and Selected Institutes
JEE 2017 exam dates:- JEE 2017 will be held on 2nd April
Last date for online submission:

Paper 2:- Aptitude Test Part I:- 50 objective type questions Architecture :- Marks 200
Maths section 30 Questions – 120 marks
Aptitude Test:- Part II :- Two/Three questions to test drawing aptitude:- Total Marks 70
